Nandoon na si Bob at Reuben James naglalaro, naglaro muna ako ng PIU habang wala pa ang turn ko. Nag-X3 at 2ndMIX Mode kami, hindi namin nakayanan ang PARANOiA Revolution. Dumating si Mackoy. Kumain sa foodcourt kasama si Jonathan. Kwentuhan to the max. Bumalik sa paglalaro sa taas, natapos ko ang Tohoku EVOLVED! Dumating si Arnie. Pahinga mode. Libot sa Toys ‘R Us, picture-taking with Iron Man. Nag-bus from Ortigas to Royal. Nagtaka ako dahil nag U-turn ang bus bago dumating ng Cubao, pabalik ng Ortigas, at nag-U-turn ulit. Nalaman ko na magandang paraan pala ito para maiwasan ang mahabang trapiko sa taas, tama, sa Cubao ilalim kami dumaan at nakita ko ang mga bus na nagsi-siksikan mula Farmer’s Plaza hanggang Nepo Mart. Tumambay ang bus sa Munoz, at nakauwi na!

DDR Philippines is now accepting enrollees for DDR Philippines Academy 2013!

The event is open to all players all over the country to get to lean some of the basics and foundation of DDR. The classes will be held in different venues with assigned Professor as their guidance. The event will be held every Saturday of May with specified curriculum:

● May 4, 2013 – Chaos 101
● May 11, 2013 – Retro Style 101
● May 18, 2013 – Boss Rush 101
● May 25, 2013 – Graduation Day

Those who will get through the three subjects will be invited to the Graduation Day happening on May 25, 2013. The best of the best will be ranked for each academy:

● Valedictorian
● Salutatorian
● Honorable Mention

DDR Philippines Academy Special Freestyle Event

Professor John Earl de Juan will be sharing his creative processes in the art of freestyling! Don’t miss this opportunity to learn from DDR Philippines’ freestyling pioneer!

● May 4, 2013 – Freestyle 101 and Crash Course
● May 18, 2013 – Crash Course (cont.) and Graduation Day

Venue: Tom’s World, Robinsons Place Tacloban

Criteria:
Performance (Energy, audience impact, charisma, originality) – 30 pts
Technical (choreography, synchronicity to the beat, precision and flow of movements) – 40 pts
Style (costume, Props if any, utilization of machine as part of routine) – 20pts
Machine’s score – 10 pts

Licensed song in DDR (2013)

May tanong lang po ako regarding sa bagong DDR (kahit maliit ang chance na magkaroon tayo nito):

1. Magkakaroon ba ito ng international license? We’re not talking Internet music here.

2. Kung oo, paano ang process ng validity ng licensing nito since via e-Amuse network na ang pag-update ng songlist? For example, licensed song TOXIC appeared in SuperNOVA but eventually disappeared in DDR X2.
a. Mame-maintain ito sa machine dahil hindi naman papalitan ang memory/machine.

b. Mawawala (deletion) ito sa machine thru e-Amuse network dahil sa limited licensing span.

-Unizon Battle. Ang magkapatid na Besiño ang nanalo dito, nanalosila ng Angry Birds tumbler sponsored by Rovio.

PARANOiA REVOLUTION


Ito na ang pinakamahirap na PARANOia series sa DDR. Maganda ang pagka-remix dito, maririnig dito ang gameplay ng DDR, masasabing ito ang modern MAX. (period). 360 ang base BPM nito at marami itong turning (o bali) na nakakalat sa stepchart. Sa bandang gitna ng kanta ay magiging 180 ang BPM, mapapansin dito ang hammer-jack ng UP at babalik sa 360BPM. Mapapansin din ang maraming step-jumps at sa bandang dulo ay hihirit ng stream-voltage.

A gathering of players coming from Southern Manila and its nearby provinces. There will be an exclusive event photo op for all attendees and a mini-tournament with special prizes to be given away. There would be one PA tournament to be played on DDR SN2 and one Unison Freestyle Battle to be played on DDR X. We will be uploading the stepfiles to be used for the Unison event. DDR Philippines gathered the people from the north, now we summon the people from the south! Time to represent and get connected.
